Pretend Vacation
Mommy and Daddy and I spent the last few days in a hotel because we had the floors refinished in our house. (Thanks for hooking us up with the nice room, Grandpa!) We had fun and pretended to be on vacation. I was in a great mood the whole time. I was so distracted by all the new things to look at. I even got to go swimming for the first time in my life. Who knew splashing could be so much fun!

Ben, In case you haven't been told, your Grandpa is a pushover when it comes to you. Go ahead ask for anything. His Mommy even said when he talks about you his face lights up and he has a grin a mile wide.
