Tonight I went to the Christmas parade and tree lighting ceremony downtown. I enjoyed the marching bands, "Lowla" the polar bear and the float that carried Elmo and Cookie Monster.
Best of all, I was introduced to the wonderful world of hot chocolate. (Don't worry, it had considerably cooled by the time my parents let me try some.) I decided to call it "coffee". I always see Uncle Andy drinking out of these little white cups. I know that his entire diet consists of coffee so I thought that must be what was in my cup as well.
That is good stuff!

MMMM, chocolate! Nothing like a good hot chocolate on a cold night. I know a little boy who is going to really enjoy Christmas this year! A good parade,and tree lighting, starts the season off just right.
