Sometimes Mommys just don't get it

Me (on the way to the grocery store after school): "Where are we going?"
Mommy: "To the grocery store."
Me: "Why?"
Mommy: "To buy groceries."
Me: (big sigh) "Mommy, I need you to do these things BEFORE you pick me up"
